RBW Agricultural LLC must also receive adequate photos via email to visually verify written information regarding product part failure. The claim process is not complete until after such photos are received. Videos may be requested, when applicable.

I understand my warranty claim is not complete until I submit product part failure photos via email.

If product part failure photos are not received within 7 days of claim submission, the claim must be resubmitted in entirety.
