Warranty

The following warranty information covers RBW Agricultural LLC Hay Baron inline bale trailers, cattle handling equipment including heavy duty unpainted sweep tubs and adjustable alleys, cattle working chutes including Heritage, Rancher Hydraulic and Legacy product lines.

Products must be registered before an owner can claim warranty. Registration must be completed within 30 days of product delivery. Any owner who fails to register their product warranty with RBW Agricultural LLC within the specified timeframe through the online form or printed form voluntarily voids their warranty.

RBW Agricultural LLC will repair or replace parts of a product that prove defective due to manufacturer defect during the Warranty Period, at the company’s sole discretion. This excludes defects resulting from normal wear and tear or product misuse. Warranty does not cover wheel kit components, rust, powder coating or discoloration. Any modification, in any fashion, to any piece of RBW Agricultural LLC equipment immediately voids the product warranty. This includes any parts and pieces contained therein. Warranty does not cover labor or travel expense, and RBW Agricultural LLC does not offer labor or travel.

Whole products carry a 1 year warranty. Rebar floor carries a 5 year warranty.

The purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RBW Agricultural LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to any injury or death to animals or humans resulting from the use, misuse, or handling of any products purchased from RBW Agricultural LLC. The purchaser acknowledges that agricultural products may involve inherent risks and assumes full responsibility for the safe and proper use of all products provided.
