Warranty
The following warranty applies to RBW Agricultural LLC Hay Baron inline bale trailers, cattle handling equipment including heavy-duty unpainted sweep tubs and adjustable alleys, and cattle working chutes, including the Heritage, Rancher Hydraulic, and Legacy product lines.
Warranty Eligibility
This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser who purchases a new product directly from RBW Agricultural LLC or from an authorized RBW Agricultural LLC dealer. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner.
Products purchased through public auctions, private sales, individuals, liquidation sales, unauthorized resellers, or any source other than RBW Agricultural LLC or an authorized RBW Agricultural LLC dealer are not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Registration
Products must be registered before an owner can make a warranty claim. Registration must be completed within 30 days of product delivery. Any owner who fails to register their product with RBW Agricultural LLC within the specified timeframe using the online or printed registration form voluntarily forfeits all warranty coverage.
Warranty Coverage
RBW Agricultural LLC will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace parts that are determined to be defective due to defects in materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period. This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper installation, improper maintenance, accidents, or use of the product for purposes other than its intended application.
Warranty coverage specifically excludes wheel kit components, including wheels and tires, as well as rust, powder coating, paint finish, cosmetic discoloration, or other cosmetic defects that do not affect product function.
Any modification or alteration of any RBW Agricultural LLC equipment, components, or parts immediately voids this warranty in its entirety.
This warranty does not cover labor costs, service calls, travel expenses, transportation costs, or any other incidental expenses associated with warranty service. RBW Agricultural LLC does not provide or reimburse labor or travel expenses.
Warranty Period
- Complete products: One (1) year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
- Rebar flooring: Five (5) years from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
The purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RBW Agricultural LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to any injury or death to animals or humans resulting from the use, misuse, handling, installation, or operation of any products purchased from RBW Agricultural LLC.
The purchaser acknowledges that agricultural equipment involves inherent risks and assumes full responsibility for the safe, proper, and intended use of all products provided by RBW Agricultural LLC.
Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this warranty or the purchase, use, or ownership of any RBW Agricultural LLC product shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Missouri, and the purchaser consents to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
